Our Great City

Theatre Coppell is a non-profit theatre arts organization that produces and stages seven shows per season beginning in the late summer. TC has built an outstanding reputation for delivering the finest in non-professional theatre in the area.

Theatre Coppell was established in 1989 as Coppell Community Theatre and has since then performed dramas, comedies, and musicals each year. In 1999, the City of Coppell renovated an unused fire station that has become the home of the arts groups in Coppell, including TC. All our shows are performed in the “black box theatre” of the Center for the Arts. The theatre is an intimate, 132 seat theatre with seating on three sides of the stage.

TC is governed by its members, who are the “nucleus volunteers” who choose to be active throughout the theatre’s season.
