In 2008, I was laid off from a successful eight year run in Advertising/Graphic Design. Although that is what I earned a degree in—and I painstakingly worked to get that BFA—I decided after the layoff and my first child, it was time to throw in the towel for something more rewarding personally as a mother and wife.

We all know that there are tons of "work from home" jobs out there, including the many direct sales jobs now in full swing with this economy. But I saw something different in Stella & Dot—a jewelry & handbag company. Stella & Dot is an Inc 500 Fastest-Growing Company, a social selling company that creates flexible opportunities for women to be work-from-home entrepreneurs.

My job is to style women in jewelry by adding to your current apparel and jewelry wardrobe for a fraction of the price of buying new outfits. I believe everyone deserves great style, fun and opportunity in their everyday lives, and I'm dedicated to providing it in a personal way.
