My Gym! A fun and exciting fitness center for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years. We offer age-appropriate classes and numerous weekly free plays. Your childs time at My Gym Colleyville will be fun, exciting, and a confidence building experience. We have created an environment that is non-competitive and nuturing.

Our award winning programing is exceptional. Our weekly classes focus on age-appropriate skills and techniques. Our parent participation classes feature: circle time warm up, parent interactive dances and songs, swings and every changing special rides, puppets, practice skills to take home and practive with your little one, seperation time and parent share topics for the newly crowned mommy, gymnastics and muscule building skills. For My Gym members that are 3 ¼ years and older, they bound onto the floor solo. These classes are high energy with a focus on fun! Each week the children will participate in a challenging relay as they hone their agility and listening skills. The children will gain strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility while they develop their social skills, confidence and self-esteem. Each week is new and exciting for all of our My Gym members!

Our Birthday parties are simply fabulous! Every party is specifically planned for your birthday child! They will be the STAR of the party! Each birthday party has exclusive use of our state of the art facility. Our Birthday Packages offer a variety of options to fit many birthday budgets.

Camp is offered during the summer months, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years weeks. Each day of camp is 3 hours long offered for children 2+years and older. Camp offers a variety of activites and relays for all of the children.

Parents Night Out- looking for an evening out? Our Parents Night Out may be just what you are looking for! Offered the 4th Friday of every month from 5:30-8:30pm. We will provide dinner and juice for

Play Group Play Date- Is your play group looking for a fun, “cool” place for your adventure play date? Consider My Gym! We would love to host your hour long play date for a nominal fee. Call for availability!
