Colleyville Library kicks off Summer Reading Program

The Friends of the Colleyville Public Library kicked off the summer reading program, "Bank on Books", with face painting and other fun activities designed to encourage young readers to sign up for the summer long program. The Colleyville Lions Club cooked a special "pigs in a blanket" breakfast. A special treat was a parade led by Mayor David Kelly, who pushed Daisy the Pot-Bellied Pig. Of course, he had to EARN the honor!
