Our Great City

The Grapevine Colleyville Education Foundation annually celebrates the top seniors at each high school and the top educators in the Grapevine/Colleyville School District. This year's event was held at the Embassy Suites, and featured Grapevine HS and Colleyville Heritage HS graduating seniors. Each senior also chose an educator who made an impact in their life.

In addition, each year a Distinguished Friend is chosen among the many contributors to the GCEF. Mary Humphreys was this year's Distinguished Friend.

GCEF also spotlights the top educators at each campus, and selects a top elementary and secondary educator. Out of those individuals, a top elementary and top secondary teacher are chosen. As the Featured Sponsor, Park Place Motorcars in Bedford gave the top elementary and secondary educator use of a car. The top educators were Mara Hammit of Bransford and Kelli Janzen of Heritage Middle.
