Metroport Meals on Wheels 4th Annual Fall Fashion Show & Shopping Bazaar
Roxann Taylor in association with Metroport Meals on Wheels (MMOW) is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Fall Fashion Show and Shopping Bazaar on Friday, September 25, 2009 at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Solana Hotel, Westlake, Texas. Shopping starts at 9:00 a.m. and the runway fashion show will start at 11:00 a.m.
Elegant fashions in the latest trends will be showcased from Doncaster Private Collection, ETCetera, David Hunt Furs, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers and MMOW’s own Sadie’s Consignment & Resale. Area elected officials, dignitaries, celebrities and MMOW volunteers and supporters will model the fashions. The event will feature a gourmet luncheon, fabulous live auction and grand showcase drawings.
The Shopping Bazaar will be open both before and after the fashion show -- 9-10:30 am and 1-2:30 pm. This premier shopping venue will feature vendors with specialty clothing, furs, jewelry, holiday decorations, home accessories, gift items and more.
Table host packages are available at $1000 and $750 for a table of 10. Individual tickets are also available. About Metroport Meals On Wheels – Metroport Meals On Wheels (MMOW), founded in 1980, is a grassroots organization that serves as an advocate for elderly or chronically ill individuals in northeast Tarrant, southern Denton, and eastern Wise counties. In 2008, more than 58,000 meals were provided by home-delivery or as part of interactive senior center programs, thanks to individual and corporate donations, fundraising events and a loyal corps of over 500 volunteers. MMOW operates independently and does not receive any federal or stimulus funding.
